Where We Ship

golfballmall currently ships to the 48 Continental States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. APO/FPO military addresses. We will begin shipping internationally soon.

We suggest shipping to an address where you know somebody will be available to receive the package, for example, the recipient's workplace. UPS may leave gifts at a destination in which no one is home. We cannot provide refunds for deliveries where no recipient was available.

While we ship to APO/FPO addresses, some restrictions do apply. Items sent to APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and cannot be expedited. Normal delivery time for these shipments ranges from 10-30 days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping options and their associated rates are displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the your address and the shipping method you select.

Processing Times

You may place an online order at any time. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, except for U.S. holidays. Processed orders flow to our order fulfillment team that picks, shrink wraps, gift wraps, and packs your order within 2 business days. Our carriers pick up Monday through Friday except for U.S. Holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email when your order is shipped. Once your tracking number has been scanned by the shipping provider at their local hub, you can then use it to follow the delivery progress of your order.

While not common, shipping problems can occur. If you have a problem with your order that is related to shipping, please contact the fulfillment partner included in your shipping confirmation email or email us at contact@golfballmall.com.

Returns & Refunds

All our golf balls are new, and we stand behind every product in our store. If you are unsatisfied with the products you receive, we will be happy to take your return for a refund. We accept requests for returns within 30 days from when we ship your order. We cannot issue credit for shipping fees, or for clearance items.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in our original shrink wrapping. Return postage is to be paid by the person returning the item and refunds will be made after receipt and inspection. In-store credits are not offered.

To properly process and expedite your return, please follow these instructions:

  1. E-mail our Customer Service Department (contact@golfballmall.com) for a Return Authorization. Let us know your order number and reason for return. You will find your order number in the initial order confirmation email.
  2. Re-pack your return in the container your product arrived in using packing tape.
  3. Send your return to:

Make sure to keep a record of the returning shipment and tracking numbers. golfballmall cannot be responsible for the returned items until we have signed for the packages.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please do not open the box, or remove any of the packaging materials. Please follow the above 3 steps.

We are not able to process exchanges (mainly because we do not store your credit card information on file for security reasons). We are happy to provide a full refund for all qualifying items that you return. If you would like additional items from our store, you may place a new order at any time.

Please allow the usual banking time for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Often this will be one month.
